What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in usually begins around 3 in the afternoon, and check-out is by 11 in the morning. If you happen to reach Lake George early, you can always stop by, stretch out after the drive, and we will do our best to get you in sooner.
Do you allow pets at the resort?+
We love animals, but the property itself is pet-free. A lot of our returning guests have allergies, so keeping the rooms pet-free helps everyone enjoy a comfortable stay.
Is parking and Wi-Fi included?+
Yes, both parking and Wi-Fi come at no extra charge. The Wi-Fi works across the property, and if you ever have trouble connecting, the front desk can help right away.
What amenities are available?+
Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a small sauna. Families often use the picnic area with the BBQ grills, while kids love spending time in the playground or the kiddie pool.
Do you have a restaurant or offer breakfast?+
We do not run a full restaurant here, but plenty of great breakfast spots and family diners are only a few minutes away. You can also bring your own food and use our outdoor picnic tables.
How far are you from Lake George Village and nearby attractions?+
We are located roughly two miles from Lake George Village, so it is an easy five-minute drive or a short trolley ride. The trolley stops right in front of the resort throughout the day.
Can you handle group or family bookings?+
Yes, we love to host special occasions like family reunions, wedding parties and small travel groups. Let us know your plans in advance so we can place rooms close together.
Do you provide extra beds or cribs?+
Our larger suites have enough room to accommodate a crib or small cot. If you need special arrangements, please let us know beforehand so we can help.
What is your cancellation policy?+
The policy can change depending on the season and the room type. Cancellations must be made 2 days prior for weekdays and 7 days prior for weekends, or a 1-night fee applies.
Are children welcome at the resort?+
Absolutely. Families make up a big part of our guests. Children under 18 can stay free in the same room with adults.
What kinds of rooms do you offer?+
We have smaller standard rooms with one or two beds, and larger suites with kitchenettes. Every room has air conditioning, cable TV, and a refrigerator.
Do you offer any seasonal specials or discounts?+
Yes, we run different specials throughout the year, especially during spring and fall. Call us directly to ask about current rates.
